This old fashioned radio is 2" tall and would be used in a 1:12 or even in a slightly larger scale dollhouse.
The part in the front where the sound comes out is so realistic. The sides are designed like the real old radios
that I have seen.
There is a metal turn dial in the front to change channels from:
Prague, Zurich, Paris, Oslo
and more. It is fine on the front and sides and in the back where: GERMANY is
inscribed there are some scratches.
The reddish brown color is just right as I recall old radios as a child. On the bottom there is a pencil sharper opening
that has never
been used. It is all clean and shiny. We use plastic flowers for tiny plants, small rubber dogs for pets,
small plastic dishes and even small baby dolls to fill our playhouses so why not this perfectly styled old fashioned
radio as a miniature dollhouse furnishing. Being so realistic is what makes it a great addition to any 1:12 or larger dollhouse.
