For sale is a used 12581565 590-06724 PCM. Controller is used and will show signs of age, corrosion etc. This PCM was used in 03 Express Van, S-Series 4.3, and Astro. This PCM is needed to convert from drive by wire to drive by cable on 03-05 LSx variants.
Software installed is from vehicle the module was removed from. This PCM will need programming to your VIN with GM SPS for proper operation in your vehicle.
I can program to your VIN, and/or delete VATS, DTC's, and setup tire size and gear ratio making this turnkey for an LSx swap. Extra charges apply.
